Four Haitian movie producers and distributors will appear before a US Federal judge for Copyright Infringement on Thursday September 19 2007 at 9.00 AM at JUSTIA DISTRICT FEDERAL COURT.
This is the first time in the history of Haiti and Haitian cinema that a Haitian movie producer decides to fight other members of Haitian movie industry on the basis of Copyright Infringement. This is a Federal Offence in the United States
